Sunflower shrub is a departure from the production of sunflower oil. It is a shredded non-fat sunflower seed. It is obtained by extraction of residues of oil from sunflower cake by chemical means, that is, by means of chemical solvents. Hexane is used as a solvent. Sunflower cake mixes with hexane. Hexane is mixed with residues of oil in the macaque. The liquid mixture of sunflower oil of hexane oil is separated from the solid fraction. The solid fraction is a sunflower meal. It is characterized by high levels of crude protein and low fat and moisture content. By nutrition, sunflower protein is close to animal proteins (fish meal, meat-bone meal, blood meal).
