EX WORKS (named place)

The term "franco-plant" means that the seller is deemed to have fulfilled his delivery obligations at the time when he delivered the goods to the buyer at the premises of his enterprise or in another named place (for example, the factory, factory, warehouse etc.), without the customs clearing of the goods for export and loading it to any receiving transport means.

FCA

FREE CARRIER (named place)

The term "Franco-Carrier" means that the seller carries out the delivery of the goods, which has undergone customs clearing for export, by transferring the designated buyer to the carrier in the named place. It should be noted that the choice of the place of delivery affects the obligation to load and unload the goods in such a place. If the delivery is carried out on the seller's premises, the seller is responsible for the download. If the delivery is carried out in another place, the seller is not responsible for the unloading of the goods.

FOB

FREE ON BOARD (named port of shipment)

The term "freeboard" means that the delivery is made by the seller when the goods have passed through the hand-rails in the named port of deployment. This means that from that moment all costs and risks of loss or damage to the goods must be borne by the buyer. The term FOB obliges the seller to clear the goods for export. This term can only be applied in cases of carriage of goods by sea or inland water transport.

CIF

COST, INSURANCE AND FREIGHT (named port of destination)

The term "cost, insurance and freight" means that the supply is made by the seller when the goods have passed through the hand-rails in the port of deployment. The seller must bear the costs and pay the freight necessary to deliver the goods to the named port of destination. The term CIF obliges the seller to clear the goods for export. This term can only be applied in cases of carriage of goods by sea or inland water transport.

CPT

CARRIAGE PAID TO (named place of destination)

The term "freight / carriage paid to ..." means that the seller carries out the delivery of the goods by transferring it to the carer appointed by him. The seller is obliged to pay the costs of transportation of the goods to the named place of destination, to carry out the customs clearing of the goods for export. This term may be applied regardless of the type of transport, including multimodal (mixed) transportation.

DAP

Delivered at Place (named point of destination)

The term "supply at the point" means that the seller delivers the delivery when the goods are placed at the disposal of the buyer at the arriving means of transport ready for unloading at the agreed place of destination. The seller bears all the risks associated with the delivery of the goods to the specified place. The seller is not obliged to perform customs formalities. This term can be used for deliveries by any mode of transport.
